What is PHILTRACK?

PHILTRACK is an integrated hardware and software system that allows vehicle and fleet owners to track their vehicle and precious cargo visually on a map.

PHILTRACK installs a small device no larger than a thin pocketbook in your vehicle.

It comes with 2 discrete low profile antennas which are placed INSIDE the vehicle.

This device connects to the GPS satellites overhead and to a local cellular company.

Vehicle coordinates and information is read from the satellite every 3 1/2 minutes and this is sent to the PHILTRACK servers which store the information for 30 days.

Our clients can then log in from ANY internet connected computer and track their vehicles visually on the map.

They can log in as much as they please and they can have several simultaneous logins at no additional cost.

What can I see (or hear) with the PHILTRACK Standard Package?

The pushpins represent the ACTUAL track of the vehicle. The color of the pushpins vary depending on the speed of the vehicle.

RED - Stopped or less than 5 mph

YELLOW - More than 5 mph

So gone are the days when your driver can lie and say " I was caught in traffic" when he was actually parked somewhere else.

Speaking of parked, PHILTRACK provides our clients at no additional cost, a cell phone number for EACH tracking device. You see each tracking device comes standard with a very sensitive microphone and when you call that number, you can listen in on whats happening inside the vehicle.

Going on to the other features, since our system stores data for 30 days, you can review all the trips made by the subject vehicle in that time. Anytime the vehicle moves, you will know WHEN, WHERE it went and HOW FAST it was going.

Also, since the maps of PHILTRACK are well detailed, you can tell your clients who are waiting for the deliveries, just where your vehicle is.

Our plans and options are designed for private cars as well as all commercial vehicles to reduce cost, improve personnel performance and enhance security.

Depending on your individual objective and budget we provide suitable plans and setup options.

ONE STOP options and plans are ready packed, easy to use and worry free. There is no need for an additional sign up with a GSM (cell phone sim card) provider for data transmission nor are there other hidden charges; There is also no need to acquire technical skills and 'know how' to operate the unit efficiently.

DIY options give you maximum flexibility to use devices SMS based or with our web interface. You will sign up with a GSM service provider of your choice and pay them directly for all charges. 'One Stop' Subscription Plans

For 'One Stop' subscription plans our AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) devices in the vehicle automatically send position data in a preset time interval of usually 3.5 minutes together with additional information like sensor readings or alerts.

'Super Saver' plans are dynamic and only report when the vehicle is driving or otherwise active. Activity is detected by a tremble sensor. If the vehicle is parked, data sending is suspended to reduce costly continuous submission of the same location data. It is shown in the reports when parking started and driving resumed.

'Security/All Day' plans report 24/7 regardless of the state the vehicle is in. This may be necessary for higher security concerns or more economical for vehicles that operate around the clock without holidays or major break times.

What is PhilTrack?

PhilTrack is the most economical and comprehensive yet easy to use vehicle & fleet management system in the Philippines. Apart from its standard features it can be individually configured to cater your specific needs.

What does it do for me?

With PhilTrack you enhance security & efficiency additionally you are able to remotely manage your motor vehicles or other moving assets 24/7.

How does it work?

Initially a small AVL device (AVL=Automatic Vehicle Locator) is installed in the vehicle. This AVL detects location, speed and direction through GPS. You just log on through any PC with internet connection to:

• View and trace your vehicle or vehicle groups on a map
• Check sensors on your vehicle e.g. if doors are open, ignition on or others (optional)
• Print or export reports to check vehicle or driver performance for accounting purposes
• Remotely lock and/or disable the vehicle in case of theft (optional)
• Review historic movements and data for up to 3 months
• Set up alerts when the vehicle is driving too fast
• Set up alerts when the vehicle is leaving a predefined area
